當一切讓你覺得太吵雜時,試著把腳用力踩踏在地上,深呼吸三次。然後,提醒自己:「此刻我是安全的。」 每一小步都很重要,記得善待自己。 When everything feels too loud, try pressing your feet into the floor, taking three deep breaths, and reminding yourself: I am safe right now. Small steps matter, be gentle with yourself.
