 「凡勞苦擔重擔的人，可以到我這裡來，我就使你們得安息。」 馬太福音 11:28 沒有人應當獨自承擔一切。耶穌邀請人來到祂面前，不是在生活一帆風順時，而是在壓力大、煩惱和疲憊之時。我們可以一起倚靠祂，讓自己不再獨自背負這重擔。 – “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28 No one is meant to carry everything alone. Jesus invites people to come to Him, not when life is put together, but right in the middle of the weight, the worry, and the weariness. We can rely on Him together and no longer carry our burdens alone.

  尋求幫助，其實是勇敢的表現。你不必獨自承擔一切。有人願意傾聽，也有人想陪伴你。珍珠家園會陪你同行，為你加油，也會為你的權益發聲。這條路上，我們一起走！ Asking for help is brave. You don’t have to carry everything alone.   當你心跳加快，感覺一切都很沉重時，先停下來。慢慢呼吸，感覺雙腳踩在地面上，並記得：耶穌在你身邊，祂把你緊緊抱著。 — When your heart starts racing and everything feels too heavy, pause. Breathe slowly, feel your feet on the ground, and remember: Jesus is near and He is holding you safely.

  願你今晚安歇在神懷中，祂必時時保護，看顧你，祂對你的愛永不改變。 May you rest tonight in the shelter of His wings. The God who never sleeps is watching over you with steadfast love.
