有時，人走到某個年紀，會回頭看過往的人生，心裡難免會有些許的後悔、遺憾，甚至覺得自己不值得被愛。 聖經中說到一個叫大衛的人，他曾犯大錯，並付上代價。但，神依然愛他，並沒有遺棄他。 神不像人只看人過去的污點，祂在乎的是我們的心，祂歡迎我們回到祂面前、重新開始、並繼續向前走。 也許人生還是有許多不容易的地方，但不要放棄自己。上帝就如一位慈愛的父親，願意一步一步地陪伴我們。如果你願意，你可以簡單地禱告是：「上帝，如果你真的存在，請幫助我。」 As we grow older, we may look back on our lives and feel regret, disappointment, or even wonder if we are still worthy of love. The Bible tells us about David, a man who made serious mistakes and faced their consequences. Yet God did not stop loving him or abandon him. God does not define us by our failures. He sees our hearts and welcomes us to turn to Him, begin again, and keep moving forward. Life may still be difficult at times, but don’t give up. God is like a loving Father, willing to walk with us step by step. If you would like, you can simply pray: “God, if You are real, please help me.”  

「在一個傍晚，我一人在夜裡盪鞦韆。低頭時發現，長長的坐板旁邊，其實還有一個位置。那時，我想起，也許人生不用總是一個人撐著。 當我開始認識耶穌時，心裡慢慢沒有那麼孤單了。我發現我並沒有那麼孤單。 其實有個人願意陪我們一起走、一起笑、一起面對黑夜。」 — “One night, I was sitting alone on a swing in the dark. Looking beside me, I noticed there was enough space for someone else to sit there. In that moment, I found myself thinking: maybe I don’t have to carry all of life’s burdens on my own. As I began learning more about Jesus, the loneliness in my heart slowly started to fade. I discovered that I wasn’t as alone as I thought. There is Someone who is willing to walk with us, share in our joys, and remain with us through life’s difficulties.”  

我們每個人都像不同的植物，每一株都有不一樣的模樣、韌力和成長要素。 有些需要多一點陽光，有些需要多一點水；過多或過少，都可能影響成長。 我們也一樣，你知道自己最需要的是什麼嗎？ 也許你需要休息、被理解、被鼓勵，或是有人陪伴。 最近有沒有停下來，好好看看自己呢？花時間看看自己的需求，並不自私。這是善待自己的一部分。在你呵護他人時，也請記住，你同樣值得被溫柔以待。 Each of us is like a plant, with our own needs, strengths, and ways of growing. Some plants need more sunlight, while others need more water. Too much or too little of either can affect their growth. The same is true for us. What do you need most right now? Perhaps it is rest, understanding, encouragement, or simply someone to walk alongside you. Taking time to notice our own needs is not selfish, but rather it is part of caring for ourselves well. As you care for others, remember that you, too, deserve to be nurtured with kindness.  

有時為了保護自己，在受到傷害時會說「無所謂」或「沒關係」。這可能是因為，自己深信沒人會關心自己，沒人會愛自己，或自己不值得別人的付出。 小香之前就是這麼覺得。後來，她不一樣了。她發現有人愛她、需要她、歡迎她。她找到歸屬感！ 我們都渴望被了解和接納。告訴你一個好消息，上帝都看見了，也祂想接近我們。 聖經說：我不撇下你們為孤兒，我必到你們這裡來。 Sometimes, when we’ve been hurt, we protect ourselves by saying, “Whatever” or “It doesn’t matter.” Deep down, it can come from believing that no one cares, no one loves us, or that we’re not worth the effort. “Rose” once carried that same mindset. Then something changed. She discovered that she was loved, wanted, and welcomed. She found a place where she belonged! We all long to be known and accepted. The good news is that God sees us and draws near to us. “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.” John 14:18  

  我們每天所接觸到的聲音都在一點一滴的影響我們。我們所追的劇或頻道也是。還有，我們在聽的音樂或評論。另外，我們所接觸到的人、甚至長時間停留的環境亦是。 日復一日的影響，會成為我們生命中的「果實」。花點時間想想：你今天所「供應的養份」是否會帶你前往之後想踏上的人生或想要的「果實」？ 如果是，那很好；如果不確定，也許是時候開始留意：在澆灌我內心的是什麼，僅留下有益處的養分。 Every day, we are shaped by the voices around us, by the shows we watch, the music and opinions we listen to, the people we spend time with, and even the environments we remain in. Over time, these influences help shape the kind of fruit that grows in our lives. Take a moment to consider: is what you are nurturing today leading to the kind of life and fruit you hope to see tomorrow? If so, keep going. If not, it may be time to pay closer attention to what is feeding your heart and mind, and slowly begin replacing what is not helping you grow.

上次停下來問自己「我過得如何？」，是什麼時候呢？ 生活很忙碌。我們常常忘了要如同好好照顧別人一樣的，也好好善待自己。 有哪些事情能讓你重新得力？ 也許是好好睡個午覺、看個喜歡的片、到公園野餐、散散步、找個朋友、關掉手機、犒賞自己一份特別的小禮物。 無論是什麼，今天花點時間做些能讓你身心煥然一新的事吧。 When was the last time you paused and asked yourself, “How am I doing?” Life can get busy, and we often forget to care for ourselves with the same kindness we show others. What helps you recharge? Maybe it’s taking a nap, watching a favorite movie, eating lunch in the park, going for a walk, visiting a friend, putting your phone away for a while, or treating yourself to something special. Whatever it is, take a moment today to do something that refreshes your heart and mind.  

  當我們覺得現實生活中什麼都不夠時，我是否相信那能也願意供應我們一切的神呢？ 把你有的，就算覺得微不足道，都帶到神的面前，看看祂的作為。在祂手中，看似沒什麼的也能成為許多人的祝福。 一個廣為人知的聖經故事說到一個小男孩，帶著五個餅和兩條魚到耶穌的面前，耶穌用他供應的，餵飽了五千人，最後食物還有剩！ 神至今仍在動工。你願意信靠祂，親身經歷祂所為你預備的嗎？ When there seem to be so many needs in life around us, do we actually trust in the God who can and will provide us with all things? Bring Him what you have, even if it feels small, and watch what He can do. In His hands, what seems insufficient can become a blessing to many. A well-known Bible story tells of a boy who brought Jesus five loaves of bread and two fish. Jesus used that small offering to feed more than five thousand people, with food left over. God is still at work today. Are you willing to trust Him and experience His provision for yourself?

  在端午節期間，許多人會懸掛菖蒲、艾草或佩戴香包，這些習俗背後，包含著人對「驅邪避凶、永保安康」的深切期盼。 然而，真正的平安並非單靠傳統習俗或外在環境。基督徒相信，唯有在耶穌基督裡才能找到真正的平安。正如祂曾說：「我留下平安給你們，我將我的平安賜給你們。」（約翰福音 14:27） 在這個充滿恐懼與不安的世界裡，耶穌帶給我們的是那能撫慰人心的平安和永恆的盼望。這份禮物，是賜給每一位正在尋求真正、永遠平安的人。 During the Dragon Boat Festival, people hang calamus and mugwort or carry scented sachets, traditions that express a deep human longing for protection, peace, and freedom from harm. Yet, peace cannot be secured through customs or changing circumstances. Christians believe true peace is found in Jesus Christ, who said: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.” John 14:27 In a world filled with fear and uncertainty, Jesus offers peace that steadies the heart and hope that endures. This gift is for any and all who are searching for true and lasting peace.

  我們很容易為別人而活。不過，神邀請我們相信祂，走上祂為我們預備的路。 有一位好姊妹最近分享到：「過去我連一床棉被都買不起。我好感謝上帝，現在就算沒有低收，靠我的雙手，我可以自力更生。」 每個人的人生旅程都不盡相同，但踏出的每一步都值得慶祝。上帝知道我們的一切，在面對的掙扎、我們有的成長的和我們的未來。 耶 利 米 書 29:11 「耶 和 華 說 ： 我 知 道 我 向 你 們 所 懷 的 意 念 是 賜 平 安 的 意 念 ， 不 是 降 災 禍 的 意 念 ， 要 叫 你 們 末 後 有 指 望 。」 Life can easily become about meeting other people’s expectations, yet God invites us to trust Him and follow the path He has prepared for us. A dear sister recently shared, “In the past, I couldn’t afford what I needed to keep myself warm at night. I’m so thankful to God that now, even without government subsidies, I can work with my own hands and support myself.” Each person’s journey looks different, but every step forward is worth celebrating. God sees our struggles, our growth, and our future with perfect clarity. “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’” Jeremiah 29:11

  有沒有想過為什麼去愛別人並不容易？可能我們曾被他人傷害過，也可能曾傷害過別人。我們所經歷和付出的愛，往往都達不到神原本要我們認識和活出的愛。 然而，當我們領受了神的愛和饒恕，我們就能把同樣的愛分享給別人。 聖經告訴我們：「我們愛，因為神先愛我們。」基督徒的愛不是從自己開始，而是從神開始。當我們還作罪人的時候，基督就為我們捨命。 我們越明白神藉著基督向我們顯明的愛，就越能活出祂所吩咐的愛。 Have you ever wondered why it's so hard to love others? Maybe we have been hurt by others, and perhaps we have hurt others as well. Much of what we call love falls short of the love God designed us to know and show. Yet, having received His love and forgiveness, we are then able to extend that same love to others. The Bible tells us that we love because God first loved us. Christian love does not begin with us; it begins with God. While we were still sinners, Christ gave His life for us. The more we understand the love God has shown us in Christ, the more we are able to love as He commands.

當人生到達終點線，什麽是你做過最正確的選擇？ 一位罹癌四期的姐妹坐在候診室外的椅子上，聊著她的過往和曾經做過的許多選擇。她心中充滿感恩的說：「我一生中雖有太多遺憾；但如今，做了最正確的選擇，就是信了耶穌。」 馬太福音 16:26：「人若賺得全世界，賠上自己的生命，有甚麼益處呢？人還能拿甚麼換生命呢？」 When life finally reaches its end, what will prove to have been the greatest choice you ever made? A woman battling stage-four cancer sat outside a clinic reflecting on her life and the many decisions she had made. With deep gratitude, she said, “I have many regrets in life, but the best choice I ever made was to believe in Jesus.” “What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?” Matthew 16:26

It may be your birth mother, or someone who has loved, carried, protected, and remained present in your life. And perhaps you have become that person for someone else too 🤍. This Mother’s Day, we want to honor the women whose love and care have shaped us in ways both seen and unseen. Every love we experience points beyond itself to a Greater Love: one that never leaves, never fails, and never runs dry. You are deeply loved!   真正的成長，從來都不是單純的外形改變，而是心靈上的蛻變。 哥林 多 後 書 5:17 「若 有 人 在 基 督 裡 ， 他 就 是 新 造 的 人 ， 舊 事 已 過 ， 都 變 成 新 的 了 。 」 True growth is not measured outwardly by what is seen, but is evident in a transformed mind. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone, the new is here!” 2 Corinthians 5:17

  有沒有想過為了更好，可以放下次好的？為了真正的生命，願意割捨生命中的蕪草？ 神希望我們喜樂，要給我們更純、更深、更有能力的生命。神計劃的，比人的更重要。 以賽亞書 55:8 耶和華說：「我的意念非同你們的意念； 我的道路非同你們的道路。」 — Have you ever considered letting go of what is “second best” in order to gain what is truly better? Are you willing to let go of what’s lesser to embrace what’s better? God desires for us to live with joy. He wants to give us a simpler life that is meaningful and enabling. God’s plans are greater than human plans. 
“‘For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,’ declares the Lord.” Isaiah 55:8

我們都渴望被愛。真正的愛是一種感覺，還是一個選擇？ 我們能一直無止儘，無條件的愛別人嗎？不太可能！勇敢，接受自己的有限吧。 誰能無私，用不變的愛我們到底呢？只有耶穌能無私用不變的愛我們到底。 上帝說： 「我以永遠的愛愛你， 因此我以慈愛吸引你。」 耶利米書 31:3 We all crave love. Is true love a feeling or a choice? Can we love everyone endlessly and unconditionally? Probably not. Accepting our limitations is actually an act of courage. Who can love us selflessly, unchangingly, and to the very end? Only Jesus can. “‘I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness,’ declares the Lord”. Jeremiah 31:3

她以為自己是去追夢，卻被賣了。 年幼的阿茱，有人告訴她，可以到台北的一間髮廊當學徒學美髮。然而，當她抵達後，所面對的事卻是沒有人應該經歷的！那裡竟然是一間妓院。而把她賣掉的，正是欠別人一屁股賭債的親生父親。 數十年過去，她活在一個被人擺佈又黑暗的人生裡。那是一段無法為自己發聲、只能隱忍求生的歲月。然而，即使在那樣的光景，她並沒有被忽略。 在她離世前，她做了一個夢。夢中，耶穌向她顯現，沒有距離感的那種，親近的如同一個慈父傾聽女兒的呼喊。 阿茱說：「過去的事，我不想再提；一提起來，我就會流下傷心的眼淚。但，我找到了我的天父……」一位接納她、傾聽她的父，並帶給她無人能奪走的自由。 即使在無盡的苦難之中，她仍然被尋見了。 — She thought she was going to chase a dream.   路加福音 12:7 「就是你們的頭髮，也都被數過了。不要懼怕，你們比許多麻雀還貴重。」 上帝非常寵愛你，祂甚至知道你頭上的每一根頭髮。祂知道你的一切。 在這個充滿混亂與不確定的世界裡，你可以安心，因為你沒有被遺忘，你不是微不足道的。 “Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” Luke 12:7 God cares for you so much, that He even knows the number of hairs on your head. He knows everything about you and in a world that can feel chaotic and uncertain, you can rest easy knowing that you are not forgotten or insignificant.

你的每一個部份，都是照著造物主的樣子所創造的。人類的存在並非「偶然」或「事後的產物」。而是上帝經過深思熟慮後，而造的。你的價值不是靠你自己爭取來或可遺棄的。而是上帝親自賜予你的。🌸 Every part of you was formed by the Creator, bearing His image. Humanity was made with intention, not as an afterthought and your worth is not something you earn or lose, it is given by God Himself. 🌷

「我知道被上帝找到的感覺是什麼。年輕時我無知，走了許多錯路。現在的我已經不再一樣，上帝帶領，使我有勇氣改掉不好的習慣我，使我也願意將這份改變後的喜悅分享給他人。」 - 阿娟 阿娟的故事提醒我們，生命的改變是可能的。不是因為我們要更努力，而是因為上帝會來與我們相遇，陪伴我們一同邁向新的目標。 不管多麼破碎的生命，神能修復。 “I know how it feels to be found by God. When I was young, I was ignorant and took the wrong path. Now, with God’s guidance, I have experienced a real change of heart. I want to change my bad habits and serve others.” - Hwee Hwee’s story reminds us that transformation is possible, not because we try harder, but because God meets us where we are and walks with us toward something new. No life is beyond restoration.

Names are given, remembered, and carried through a lifetime. There is a God who knows yours, and when He speaks it, He speaks it with love. Happy Valentine's Day!
