要改變不容易，但卻很值得！每天向前一小步，那獨一無二的就是你。 — Change isn’t easy, but it’s worth it. One small step at a time, one day at a time, you can become who you were created to be.  

每個人生命都有大小深淺不同的傷痕，有時退一步代表的是學會了自我保護，安心地讓神修補與塑造吧！ When life hurts, sometimes stepping back is how we guard our hearts while letting God mend the cracks others leave behind. It doesn’t mean you deserve being mistreated, it means you’re learning what brings healing instead of harm.  

不管有多麼糟糕的情緒，壓抑在心裡只會助長壓力。我們可以誠實面對，也不用獨自承受所有的重擔。上帝邀請你和祂分享，我們只管勇敢地向前行，把一切交託在祂的手中，祂能治癒我們。 Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is be honest about how you feel. Bottling everything up only makes the pressure grow. You were never meant to carry every burden alone. God invites you to bring even the messiest feelings to Him. What we release into His hands, He can heal.  

  當你心跳加快，感覺一切都很沉重時，先停下來。慢慢呼吸，感覺雙腳踩在地面上，並記得：耶穌在你身邊，祂把你緊緊抱著。 — When your heart starts racing and everything feels too heavy, pause. Breathe slowly, feel your feet on the ground, and remember: Jesus is near and He is holding you safely.

你的心是座花園，上帝正伸手緩緩地，治癒你，願我的心不著急，靜靜地有如小小的嫩芽迎向光。 — Healing doesn’t rush. It grows slow and quiet, like tiny shoots reaching for light. Your heart is a garden God still tends with infinite care.
