  路加福音 12:7 「就是你們的頭髮，也都被數過了。不要懼怕，你們比許多麻雀還貴重。」 上帝非常寵愛你，祂甚至知道你頭上的每一根頭髮。祂知道你的一切。 在這個充滿混亂與不確定的世界裡，你可以安心，因為你沒有被遺忘，你不是微不足道的。 “Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” Luke 12:7 God cares for you so much, that He even knows the number of hairs on your head. He knows everything about you and in a world that can feel chaotic and uncertain, you can rest easy knowing that you are not forgotten or insignificant.

你的每一個部份，都是照著造物主的樣子所創造的。人類的存在並非「偶然」或「事後的產物」。而是上帝經過深思熟慮後，而造的。你的價值不是靠你自己爭取來或可遺棄的。而是上帝親自賜予你的。🌸 Every part of you was formed by the Creator, bearing His image. Humanity was made with intention, not as an afterthought and your worth is not something you earn or lose, it is given by God Himself. 🌷

「我知道被上帝找到的感覺是什麼。年輕時我無知，走了許多錯路。現在的我已經不再一樣，上帝帶領，使我有勇氣改掉不好的習慣我，使我也願意將這份改變後的喜悅分享給他人。」 - 阿娟 阿娟的故事提醒我們，生命的改變是可能的。不是因為我們要更努力，而是因為上帝會來與我們相遇，陪伴我們一同邁向新的目標。 不管多麼破碎的生命，神能修復。 “I know how it feels to be found by God. When I was young, I was ignorant and took the wrong path. Now, with God’s guidance, I have experienced a real change of heart. I want to change my bad habits and serve others.” - Hwee Hwee’s story reminds us that transformation is possible, not because we try harder, but because God meets us where we are and walks with us toward something new. No life is beyond restoration.

Names are given, remembered, and carried through a lifetime. There is a God who knows yours, and when He speaks it, He speaks it with love. Happy Valentine's Day!

  「喜樂的心乃是良藥」。箴言 17:22 你上次感到快樂是什麼時候？ 你上次笑到臉麻是什麼時候？ 喜樂並非膚淺或毫無意義的，它能強健我們的身心。喜樂不是逃避壓力，而是在事情看似黯淡無光時，喜樂會給予我們韌性和盼望。 “A cheerful heart is good medicine.” Proverbs 17:22 When was the last time you were happy? When was the last time you smiled until your cheeks hurt? Joy is not shallow; it can strengthen both body and mind. Joy does not deny what is heavy. It exists alongside it, offering resilience and hope when things feel bleak.

 「凡勞苦擔重擔的人，可以到我這裡來，我就使你們得安息。」 馬太福音 11:28 沒有人應當獨自承擔一切。耶穌邀請人來到祂面前，不是在生活一帆風順時，而是在壓力大、煩惱和疲憊之時。我們可以一起倚靠祂，讓自己不再獨自背負這重擔。 – “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28 No one is meant to carry everything alone. Jesus invites people to come to Him, not when life is put together, but right in the middle of the weight, the worry, and the weariness. We can rely on Him together and no longer carry our burdens alone.
